What you will do

• Design and develop software for diverse mobile robotic platforms including ground, aerial, and underwater systems.
• Drive the end-to-end development lifecycle from initial prototyping to production-ready deployment.
• Implement core robotics algorithms for perception, trajectory planning, kinematics, and obstacle avoidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and scalable automation solutions.
• Integrate robotic systems with cloud services and distributed architectures.
• Validate solutions through simulation tools and real-world testing environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany.
• 5+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Solid background in mobile robotics (AMRs, AGVs, AVs, or drones) using ROS/ROS2.
• Practical experience with simulation tools like Gazebo, Nvidia Isaac, or RViz.
• Hands-on experience with CUDA/GPU acceleration, OpenCV, and PCL.
• English and German proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher) required.
