Sourcing Data Analyst

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Helsinki, Finland or Gdansk, Poland (Hybrid work culture).

Salary: €4,400–€5,300 per month (based on Helsinki location).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain recurring reporting and dashboards for sourcing performance.
• Manage the Sourcing Scorecard and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high data quality and support data governance initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process and tool improvement opportunities.
• Train and support end users to maximize the value of analytics tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, or Statistics.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, or process development.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI tracking and dashboard design.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SAP and SQL skills are considered a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, capable of simplifying complex topics.
• Understanding of Source to Pay processes and data structures.
