TL;DR

PowerBI Developer (Business Intelligence): Developing interactive reports and dashboards for an HR transformation program with an accent on SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors integration. Focus on building complex data models, optimizing Power Query processes, and delivering HR analytics for organizational KPIs.

Location: Remote within Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, or Slovakia

What you will do

  • Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Build and optimize data models to support comprehensive HR analytics.
  • Develop data transformation processes using Power Query.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, and various databases.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and refine reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data quality and support validation during and after migration.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI, including report creation and data visualization.
  • Good knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working with HR-related data.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and data modelling.
  • Ability to integrate data from SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Must be based in the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Poland, or Slovakia.

Nice to have

  • Advanced experience with DAX and Power Query calculations.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors environments.
  • Experience working in international or enterprise-scale projects.
