What you will do
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for event speakers.
- Manage end-to-end logistics and scheduling for high-profile attendees.
- Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance the overall event experience.
- Execute speaker-related activities during global events.
- Liaise with internal teams to maintain clear communication channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prestigious partner organizations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer service.
- Previous experience in the events industry.
- Strong administrative, planning, and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing needs.
