What you will do

  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for event speakers.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics and scheduling for high-profile attendees.
  • Improve internal processes and workflows to enhance the overall event experience.
  • Execute speaker-related activities during global events.
  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain clear communication channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prestigious partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or customer service.
  • Previous experience in the events industry.
  • Strong administrative, planning, and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and adaptability to changing needs.

  • Knowledge of the tech industry.
