TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Lisbon, Sintra, Amadora, Loures, Almada, or Odivelas, Portugal

What you will do

  • Resolve technical and operational queries from enterprise customers.
  • Investigate and follow up on complex customer cases.
  • Monitor and update support tickets within agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and internal teams to track and resolve issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, processes, and customer interactions.
  • Develop knowledge of mobile telecommunications services including calls, SMS, data, and eSIM solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Interest in technology, telecommunications, and customer operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and collaborative platforms.
