What you will do
- Provide comprehensive hardware and software support, including remote user assistance.
- Perform deep troubleshooting for Office and Windows environments.
- Manage Helpdesk operations and maintain system stability.
- Develop and update technical support documentation.
- Collaborate with users to resolve technical issues with a strong customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Service Desk or similar role.
- Solid expertise in Windows and Microsoft Office support.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stress.
