What you will do
- Perform on-site interventions and hardware replacements, including HDDs, SSDs, memory modules, and power supplies.
- Install, relocate, and configure IT equipment such as servers, storage arrays, switches, and firewalls.
- Manage rack installation, cable patching (copper and fiber optic), and equipment labeling.
- Conduct visual inspections of equipment status indicators, alarms, and environmental conditions.
- Provide remote assistance to infrastructure teams and coordinate with external OEM vendors.
- Maintain accurate asset inventories and provide detailed intervention reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Center, Infrastructure, or IT Operations environments.
- Practical experience with enterprise server platforms (Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including switching, routing, VLANs, and structured cabling.
- Fluent Portuguese and B2 English proficiency are required.
- Ability to follow technical documentation and execute procedures with high accuracy.
- Flexibility to support activities outside of standard business hours.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Tier III or Tier IV data centers.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
- Experience in mission-critical or high-availability environments.
