What you will do

• Manage campaign booking and activation, including media plan entry into the system.
• Generate Booking Orders and coordinate material specifications (MRF) with vendors.
• Ensure booking and material confirmation through active communication with external partners.
• Handle actualization of deliveries and vendor invoices within the internal system.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices, overspends, and underspends in coordination with media planners.

Requirements

• Completion of a Technical College program or Technical Degree.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE to support the hybrid office model.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, specifically with pivot tables and macros.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for internal and external relationship building.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
