What you will do

  • Own end-to-end GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging for the global product portfolio.
  • Translate complex crypto concepts like derivatives, stablecoins, and yield into compelling human stories.
  • Synthesize user research, market trends, and data to influence product roadmaps and business growth.
  • Build and transform the PMM function by hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier marketing talent.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional launches between Product, Growth, Brand, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Implement an AI-native operating model to scale research, synthesis, and content production.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product marketing, GTM, or growth marketing, with 3+ years in people leadership.
  • Proven track record of launching consumer products used by millions of users.
  • Working knowledge of crypto, Web3, or consumer fintech.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional creative judgment for storytelling.
  • Fluent English is required; Mandarin is strongly preferred for coordination with overseas partners.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with blockchain exchanges, wallets, DeFi, or trading platforms.
  • Experience building a PMM function from the ground up.
  • Experience working within highly regulated industries alongside Legal and Compliance teams.
