What you will do

• Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the hirify.global platform.
• Ensure all campaigns are executed smoothly and delivered on time.
• Monitor campaign performance to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Analyze data to evaluate what is working and identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support partners.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements to workflows.

Requirements

• Current student in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data, or a similar field.
• Proficient working knowledge of German and English.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail and a preference for well-structured work.
• Interest in digital advertising, technology, and the application of AI in workflows.
• Must be based in Berlin for the duration of the 12-week internship.
