Working Student Marketing & Sales

TL;DR

Working Student (Marketing & Sales): Supporting the central sales team with operational tasks, event management, and documentation with an accent on trade fair coordination and internal team organization. Focus on gaining practical experience in a dynamic corporate environment while balancing university studies.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hamburg, Germany, with a requirement to be on-site at least two days per week.

Compensation: 17.00 EUR per hour.

What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of trade fairs, customer events, and webinars.
• Handle administrative tasks related to event management and follow-up processes.
• Prepare and create sales-related documents and presentations.
• Coordinate and organize internal team events independently.
• Assist the sales team with daily operational tasks and information management.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong skills in MS365 applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Regular on-site presence in Hamburg at least two working days per week.
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style.
