What you will do

• Manage daily office operations, including meeting rooms, access control, and visitor management via Envoy.
• Handle front desk duties, welcoming guests and managing incoming packages.
• Coordinate external vendors, suppliers, and procurement of office supplies and hardware.
• Provide administrative support for invoice management, contract filing, and People & Culture reporting.
• Assist in organizing company events and supporting special departmental projects.
• Provide basic technical IT support for office hardware and onboarding.

Requirements

• Commercial training in Office, Hotel, or Event Management.
• Up to 1 year of professional experience or a relevant internship in an administrative role.
• Good communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and a general tech-savvy mindset.
• Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Hamburg.
