What you will do
- Manage executive agendas and vet meeting requests.
- Handle independent travel management and business expense claims.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and maintain documentation.
- Organize team meetings and support tradeshow events.
- Coordinate global sales training sessions using GoToWebinar.
- Oversee daily operations of the Munich office.
Requirements
- Commercial Apprenticeship or Business Education with a focus on Office Management.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in an executive assistant role.
- Fluent English and German (reading and writing).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment.
