Sales Operations Analyst

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, including process guidance and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with local and central teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of operations.
• Support sales target setting and compensation processes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing sales operations and enhancing business impact.
• Analyze sales performance KPIs and maintain dashboards to drive actionable insights.
• Prepare data summaries and presentations for internal meetings and business reviews.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience supporting a sales team in an operational or analytical capacity.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Native or fluent Italian and professional fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience working in a multi-country or regional environment.
• Genuine interest in the food and restaurant industry.
