What you will do

• Manage the overall construction project and ensure full compliance with company systems and procedures.
• Coordinate on-site activities and manage contractors within a live biopharma environment.
• Lead construction personnel management, including recruitment liaison and on-site onboarding.
• Provide leadership in Construction Health & Safety, QAQC, and project controls.
• Oversee lower ground floor construction works, specifically reception and security areas.
• Collaborate with Construction Services to enhance and develop overall service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years' experience in managing large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience managing projects within pharmaceutical plants.
• Familiarity with projects involving significant Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) scopes.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain exemplary health and safety standards on large-scale sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for a senior, client-facing role.
