TL;DR

AI & Automation Analyst (Finance & Ops): Designing and maintaining automated workflows and integrations to connect internal systems with external platforms with an accent on reducing manual effort and scaling operational efficiency. Focus on building scalable integration solutions, monitoring workflow reliability, and translating complex business needs into technical specifications.

Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland or Tallinn, Estonia). Minimum 12 in-office days per month required.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and document automated workflows across ERP, finance, HR, and operational systems.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-documented integration solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Monitor automation performance to ensure ≥99% workflow reliability and resolve incidents proactively.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and transform them into automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, People Tech teams and third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, event-based systems, and data formats like JSON and XML.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose root causes of integration issues.
  • Fluent English (C1) for communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage your own backlog and take full accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or similar.
