What you will do

• Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Build and maintain performance reports and activity dashboards to track regional growth.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in channel/distributor management or business development within the enterprise software or network security industry in Malaysia.
• Deep understanding of channels and partner operating models.
• Proven track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Strong initiative, creative thinking, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia or possess existing work authorization.
