Salary: $152,000 – $190,000 CAD

• Build and maintain secure, scalable authentication features and services to ensure reliability and security.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to deliver technical solutions from concept to launch.
• Develop and optimize mobile and web authentication flows with high standards of quality and observability.
• Contribute to the team's technical strategy, conduct code reviews, and drive process improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to strengthen account protection and prevent fraud.
• Mentor peers and foster an inclusive engineering culture while elevating technical practices.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in backend and/or frontend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Go, TypeScript, React).
• Strong foundation in modern authentication protocols and security best practices.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, well-tested code and solving complex problems.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance partners.
