What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive KYC and due diligence reviews for new and existing clients, including complex ownership structures and trusts.
• Perform detailed risk assessments covering source of wealth, jurisdictional risk, and PEP/sanctions exposure.
• Act as the primary reviewer for high-risk cases and partner with Compliance on escalated matters.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, and knowledge base articles to support onboarding and team growth.
• Engage directly with clients to clarify complex structures and resolve outstanding information requests.
• Contribute to the testing and implementation of KYC-related tools and automation enhancements.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in KYC/AML and client onboarding.
• Deep familiarity with regulatory requirements and KYC procedures in Singapore.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct critical risk assessments.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and client management.
