TL;DR

Support Engineer (React/TypeScript): Diagnosing and fixing customer-reported bugs and technical issues for an AI-native ATS and CRM with an accent on frontend stability and database debugging. Focus on utilizing AI tools for rapid development and ensuring a seamless user experience for executive search firms.

Location: Remote (Argentina or Uruguay). Must be able to overlap with US East Coast hours (9 to 5 ET).

Salary: $45k – $65k + Equity

hirify.global is a Y Combinator-backed startup building an AI-native ATS and CRM for executive search firms.

What you will do

  • Resolve customer questions and bug reports from Slack by diagnosing and fixing technical issues.
  • Push technical fixes or coordinate with appropriate team members to resolve bugs.
  • Utilize AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as a primary workflow to maintain high development speed.
  • Partner with the support lead to provide technical depth to customer relationships.
  • Transition into a product engineering role by identifying and shipping new product improvements over time.

Requirements

  • Approximately 2 years of experience with the ability to debug and work independently.
  • Solid React experience (hard requirement).
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and the ability to read/write SQL (Postgres) for debugging.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to over-communicate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work US East Coast hours (9 to 5 ET).
