Salary: $186,000 - $255,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the 4-quarter NetSec/SASE enablement roadmap and design persona-based learning blueprints.
• Architect multi-modal portfolios including instructor-led training, online experiences, labs, and simulations.
• Lead the end-to-end certification architecture, from scope definition to exam item development.
• Manage enablement for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure field readiness by General Availability.
• Design curriculum and mastery criteria for New Hire and Master-Level bootcamps.
• Quality-assure internal AI tools to maintain high technical accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in network security, technical sales engineering, or technical enablement.
• Hands-on architecture and deployment experience with NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, and CDSS.
• Proven track record of designing multi-modal enablement programs and leading certification development.
• Demonstrated proficiency with generative AI tools and AI-powered enablement platforms.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Must be based in Santa Clara, CA; the company will not provide immigration sponsorship for this role.

Nice to have

• PCNSE, PCNSA, or PCCSE certifications.
• Experience with Prisma Access and Panorama at scale.
• Knowledge of simulation tools such as Demostack or Reprise.
• Experience collaborating with psychometricians on professional exam development.
