What you will do

  • Support Corporate, Data Center, and Cloud infrastructure and security design including compute, storage, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement Cloud-based services and automation to meet business objectives and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop deployment strategies for new and existing infrastructure solutions.
  • Improve performance, stability, and security of services through continuous automation and improvement.
  • Manage assigned projects and program components to deliver scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Participate in the on-call roster to ensure mission-critical system availability.

Requirements

  • Experience in systems infrastructure, server support, and working within mission-critical environments.
  • Hands-on knowledge of systems hardware, server operational support, cabling, and racking.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation technologies.
  • Experience with Wintel/Linux environments (AD, Azure Entra ID, Exchange, ADFS, Satellite).
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and system management software (SCCM).
  • Experience with Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and backup technologies.

Nice to have

  • Cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
  • Experience in supporting financial systems.
  • Knowledge of PCI compliance.
