What you will do
- Manage and align the duties of network engineers throughout the shift.
- Maintain ongoing supervision of all network infrastructure, monitoring systems, and dashboards.
- Coordinate the resolution of network incidents, outages, and performance alerts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between management and NOC engineers.
- Monitor and optimize prioritization to improve response times.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop training curriculum for NOC technicians.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a Network Operations Centre or comparable 24/7 operational setting.
- Solid understanding of network infrastructure, monitoring tools, and incident management procedures.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively to urgent issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership capability.
- Commitment to working a rotating roster aligned with a 24/7/365 operating environment.
- Must be based in Sydney for onsite work at the corporate head offices.
