What you will do

• Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Transactional Banking modules within the hirify.global Platform.
• Design and deliver customer-centric solutions tailored for banks and financial institutions.
• Optimize module-related processes to improve operational efficiency and performance.
• Ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions into existing banking IT infrastructures.
• Drive digitalization and process automation to create measurable value for clients.
• Contribute to both initial implementations and the continuous evolution of the platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• 5-7 years of experience leading and implementing digital transformation projects in the banking industry.
• Must be based in South Africa.
• Proven ability to integrate SAP Transactional Banking solutions into existing banking infrastructures.
• English: C1 (Business-fluent) required.
• Strong business acumen combined with solid IT solution design skills.
