TL;DR

Senior SAP Consultant (ERP/S4HANA): Configuration and implementation of SAP modules for public sector clients with an accent on functional expertise, customization, and business process translation. Focus on solving complex software problems, mapping client requirements, and mentoring junior consultants.

Location: Kosice, Slovakia. Remote working possibility is only available within Slovakia.

Salary: Base salary from 1,950€ brutto + variable part.

What you will do

  • Configure and implement SAP modules (HCM, SF, FI/CO, Logistic), providing hands-on delivery and customization.
  • Translate business needs into SAP ERP configurations, reports, and technical specifications.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting, analyzing software problems, and mapping client objectives.
  • Design, prototype, test, and implement practical business solutions under strict deadlines.
  • Serve as a technical lead or functional project manager for company-wide SAP projects.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and provide continuous feedback on project status.

Requirements

  • Expertise in S/4HANA and proficiency in specific SAP module customizing.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging and the ability to read ABAP code.
  • Proven track record in gathering functional/technical requirements and managing roll outs.
  • English proficiency: minimum B2.
  • Must be based in Slovakia for remote work eligibility.
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in the German language.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Implementation ASAP Methodology.
  • Experience with SAP report writer and report painter.
