TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York, Dallas, or San Francisco

Salary: $125,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead the integration of hirify.global into client workflows to ensure seamless adoption and optimal use of AI solutions.
  • Evangelize LLM capabilities to end users, ensuring the product becomes a daily essential.
  • Serve as the primary contact for 40+ mid-market clients using a prescriptive and consultative approach.
  • Drive scalability by designing playbooks, documentation, and automation for the mid-market strategy.
  • Monitor customer health using analytics and feedback to ensure high ROI and renewal readiness.
  • Relay client insights to internal teams to aid in the continuous improvement of products and services.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in legal firms or SaaS organizations managing a high volume of client cases.
  • Excellent communication and strategic planning skills to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize competing tasks and manage demanding customers.
  • Strong team-first mentality, described as empathetic, structured, and collaborative.
  • Must be located in New York, Dallas, or San Francisco.

  • Experience working with Salesforce and Catalyst.
