Salary: $104,500 - $142,800 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality engine releases.
• Maintain and enforce engineering standards within the development and release environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues for development, partner, and QV teams during development cycles.
• Implement improvements to tooling and processes to increase product efficiency and quality.
• Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for release processes with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional proficiency in both C++ and C# programming languages.
• 3+ years of experience managing changes across multiple development and release branches.
• Hands-on expertise in releasing software within a large-scale operational environment.
• Experience using Perforce and solid knowledge of version control concepts and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with game or engine development on multiple platforms.
• Experience with large code integration.
• Experience with AI-driven programming.
