What you will do

• Oversee work quality and deadlines for a small AI programming team.
• Prioritize, assign, and track tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Lead team meetings and represent the unit in coordination with Project Leads and Production Managers.
• Mentor team members on technical and artistic aspects of game development.
• Coordinate bug fixes and assist in the integration of new employees and recruitment.
• Carry out hands-on development tasks based on team size and project needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in game development.
• Experience participating in at least one full game production cycle.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to assemble and manage productive teams.
• Knowledge of real-time 3D engines, level editors, and technical constraints.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Perforce.

Nice to have

• Certification in project management.
