Salary: $155,520 – $228,700

What you will do

• Partner with Security Compliance Regulatory Affairs to execute a unified global security regulatory strategy.
• Monitor and prioritize evolving cybersecurity and telecom-specific mandates, translating them into business impacts.
• Manage the compliance operating rhythm, triaging developments and escalating risks to senior leadership.
• Define the scope of applicability for new regulations to ensure precise and efficient responses.
• Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to leverage security compliance as a competitive revenue differentiator.
• Project manage non-security stakeholders for evidence collection and regulatory filings.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy and operations, program management, cybersecurity, or telecom security.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and operational meetings.
• Experience managing audits and regulatory engagements with external assessors.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven strategy and executive reporting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership presentations.
• Must be based in the US (excluding CA, CT, NJ, NY, PA, WA).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of NIS2, UK Telecom Security Act, GSMA, or ETSI standards.
• CTNS or CTSME certifications.
• CISA, CISM, or CRISC certifications.
• Proficiency with SQL, Looker, and Airtable.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise networks and protocols like BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SIP.
