What you will do

• Identify and drive key security projects that reduce risk across the organization.
• Partner with security leadership to align programs with enterprise risk priorities and business objectives.
• Establish and drive visibility into security KPIs, ensuring accountability across the security portfolio.
• Enable and operationalize customer security services in partnership with the Security Architecture team.
• Develop and curate executive and board-level security collateral to drive strategic decision-making.
• Define governance frameworks and operating rhythms to ensure consistent execution at scale.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in managing strategic security programs and risk alignment.
• Strong ability to translate complex security performance data into executive-level insights.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including PMOs and security leadership.
• Demonstrated capability in driving security investment strategy and portfolio management.
