What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for ServiceNow Risk and Security Operations projects.
• Design and implement architectural solutions based on client business requirements.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform developments to optimize client solutions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to attend office/client sites 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solutions architecture.
• 2+ years of focus on ServiceNow Risk and/or Security Operations solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance, VRM, SIR, or VR.
• Experience working within a consulting environment.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow CMA, CTA, or CAD certifications.
• CISSP, CISA, or CISM certifications.
• Experience with security tools like Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience working with integrated global practices.
