What you will do
- Define product taxonomy, naming, and positioning frameworks for the entire consumer product portfolio.
- Codify and implement a cross-BU launch playbook to reduce time-to-launch and ensure messaging consistency.
- Own the consumer-facing positioning and messaging for CF and broader product narratives.
- Manage the messaging and positioning layer of the company website to support cross-sell narratives.
- Establish and operationalize a continuous customer insights engine using JTBD and persona development.
- Act as the primary bridge between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless product launches.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 2-3 years in a high-growth B2C fintech.
- Must be based in Colombia.
- Proven track record of architecting and executing successful GTM strategies from inception to optimization.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including customer interviews and A/B testing.
- Strong quantitative rigor and fluency in marketing and product metrics.
- Experience managing website content strategy for multi-product companies.
