Location: Onsite in Warren, Michigan. Requires minimum 50% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Serve as the SME for electrical launch processes, providing direct support to Vehicle Assembly Plants (VAPs).
• Partner with VAP electrical teams to ensure strict compliance with the Bill of Operation (BoO).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Quality teams to resolve integration risks and issues.
• Train plant personnel on electrical best practices, wiring routing, and launch requirements.
• Manage launch plan documentation and participate in Manufacturing Quality Readiness Reviews (MQRR).
• Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and updating standardized work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in electrical manufacturing processes, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality systems and control methodologies.
• Proven ability to perform root-cause analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Global Manufacturing System (GMS) principles.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warren, Michigan.
