Location: Remote (Must be based in the US and align with PST timezone)

Salary: $33.33 - $42.31 Hourly

What you will do

• Perform telephonic screening, brief interventions, and referrals to trauma specialty providers.
• Provide stabilization support using Judith Herman’s phase-based trauma treatment model.
• Identify appropriate levels of care and coordinate with hirify.global providers.
• Offer in-the-moment support and safety planning for members in crisis.
• Document patient information and track progress within EHR systems.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

Requirements

• Required licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience working with PTSD and Complex Trauma.
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.
• Knowledge of EBPs for PTSD (e.g., Prolonged Exposure, CPT, EMDR, ART).
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9-5pm PST.
• Tech-savviness and ability to multi-task across various computer platforms.

• Trauma-specific licensure or certifications.
