What you will do

• Assist Professional Services consultants and engineers with customer onboarding and solution deployment activities.
• Support the implementation and configuration of cybersecurity platforms within customer environments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during deployments, perform basic log analysis, and conduct system validation and testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Track project tasks, milestones, and customer deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with internal lab testing and proof-of-concept environments.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, EEE, or equivalent.
• Must be based in Singapore.
• Availability for a full-time, 6-month internship.
