Technical Account Manager (CPaaS)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements and user stories.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Provide technical guidance throughout customer integrations and implementations.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and solution optimization.
• Foster strong customer relationships through ongoing technical consultation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements.
• Knowledge of API integrations and technical solution implementation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
