Salary: $141,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and develop a secure, scalable hirify.global Cloud platform for mission-critical environments.
• Build deployment automation across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem systems, including airgapped setups.
• Deploy hirify.global on Kubernetes using Helm, operators, and manifests.
• Optimize database performance and storage for government and enterprise deployments.
• Implement secure authentication, encryption, and access control mechanisms.
• Automate lifecycle management using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Permanent Resident and/or U.S. Citizenship required (per U.S. federal contract requirements).
• 6+ years of experience building scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes tools including Helm, Kustomize, operators, and Istio.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or GovCloud equivalents.
• Proficiency in Go or Python for automation and integration.
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases.

Nice to have

• Experience with secure, regulated, or restricted network environments (airgapped architectures).
