What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year Cyber Threat Center strategy and global follow-the-sun operating model.
• Lead 24x7 SOC and Incident Response operations, acting as executive incident commander during material events.
• Govern the detection-as-code program and scale automation using SOAR to reduce MTTD/MTTR and analyst toil.
• Direct Threat Intelligence (CTI) and lead threat-based vulnerability and exposure management across hybrid cloud environments.
• Establish OKRs/KPIs and report security outcomes, risks, and trends to senior leadership and the Board.
• Partner on AI, architecture, and identity security to align controls with frameworks like NIST, ISO, PCI, and GDPR.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with 7+ years leading large global teams.
• Proven executive leadership in 24x7 operations, major incident command, and cross-functional crisis management.
• Experience building engineering-centric programs such as CI/CD for detections and telemetry pipelines.
• Expertise in enterprise-scale environments (multi-cloud, Kubernetes) and regulated industries.
• Hands-on familiarity with SIEM/XDR (Splunk, CrowdStrike), TIPs, and Exposure Management tools (Tenable, Wiz).
• Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor ecosystems.
