What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Python.
• Optimize database queries and schemas, primarily for PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Build and operate data-intensive services supporting Big Data and AIOps workloads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and reliability.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including query design and schema modeling.
• Hands-on experience designing and building microservices.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

Nice to have

• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Experience with ClickHouse for data-heavy workloads.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
