What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices using Python.
- Optimize database queries and schemas, primarily for PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
- Build and operate data-intensive services supporting Big Data and AIOps workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Python developer.
- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, including query design and schema modeling.
- Hands-on experience designing and building microservices.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Nice to have
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Proficiency in Go (Golang) or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Experience with ClickHouse for data-heavy workloads.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
