What you will do

• Resolve escalated technical support issues to maintain high system availability.
• Handle IT provisioning, incident management, and service requests according to SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide technical input for service productivity and operational improvements.
• Manage escalations and provide visibility on issues impacting Systems Engineering objectives.
• Apply CI methodology to identify waste and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute analytical and innovative input to projects and operational challenges.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role dealing with server issues.
• Availability to provide 24x7x365 callout cover is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Birmingham office (3 days per week).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux server build and support.
• Experience with patching and vulnerability management.
• Understanding of proxies and networking.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security principles.
• Experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
