What you will do

• Onboard new and existing catering partners using Guided Onboarding and other automation tools.
• Manage multiple work streams and competing priorities while meeting strict SLAs.
• Enforce onboarding requirements and communicate the rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate directly with restaurant partners to ensure an efficient and helpful setup experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve internal processes and tools.
• Identify, test, and support the implementation of process improvements within team tooling.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to track numerous moving pieces.
• Confident communication skills for explaining processes, standards, and timelines.
• Experience with technical services and platforms (Hubspot is a plus).
• Adaptability and a problem-solving mindset for ambiguous situations.
• Must not require visa sponsorship for work authorization.
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for team gatherings and events.
