What you will do

• Build and ship features daily in a highly scalable, cross-geo distributed environment.
• Conduct code reviews focusing on readability, testing patterns, reliability, security, and performance.
• Mentor teammates and share expertise through formal and informal knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure full visibility, error reporting, and monitoring of high-performing backend services.
• Participate in Agile development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience building and developing backend applications.
• Proficiency in a modern object-oriented language such as Java, Kotlin, Go, or Scala.
• Experience crafting and implementing highly scalable and performant RESTful micro-services.
• Fluency in database technologies (RDBMS like Oracle/Postgres and/or NoSQL like DynamoDB/Cassandra).
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and hands-on experience with public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science.
