What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and scalability; manage database migrations and ORM performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications and infrastructure.
• Contribute to code reviews, engineering best practices, and technical decision-making.
• Help develop AI-powered chatbots and workflow automation; support cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience developing web applications with Python and Django.
• Strong experience with Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Experience managing database migrations and optimizing ORM performance.
• Solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred; AWS or Azure acceptable).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes environments, plus CI/CD and deployment automation; strong Git/version control.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered applications, chatbots, or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Interest in property technology, data analytics, or fintech products.
• Experience working with data-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with GitOps and modern deployment practices.
