What you will do

• Develop AI applications utilizing state-of-the-art GenAI technology.
• Translate business requests into technical AI specifications and applications.
• Pilot prototypes in production processes and scale them into reliable systems.
• Collaborate with business experts for requirement gathering, data sourcing, and result validation.
• Work with other AI engineers to share knowledge and improve internal workflows.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance, technical excellence, and best practices.

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deployment and integration.
• Strong expertise in Python and state-of-the-art statistical methods.
• Proficiency with LLMs and libraries such as Langchain and Llamaindex.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and Azure Data & AI services.
• English: Fluent (C1) required.
• French and/or Dutch: Proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (Langgraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
