What you will do

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Directors and Heads of departments to align commercial decisions with strategic goals.
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, including the development of 5-year financial plans.
• Analyze monthly business performance regarding revenue, costs, and distributions for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Identify business and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and risk management.
• Collaborate across Finance teams to improve internal processes, systems, and financial controls.
• Support projects aimed at driving revenue growth or reducing operational costs.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant.
• Strong experience in strategic financial awareness and business understanding.
• Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Advanced skills in data gathering, reporting, and analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Greater London, UK.
