What you will do

• Perform mechanical heating and cooling load calculations using specialized computer software.
• Design equipment, ductwork, and piping layouts using Revit/BIM to meet project specifications.
• Coordinate equipment power requirements in collaboration with electrical engineers.
• Prepare and modify technical reports, specifications, plans, and construction schedules.
• Create engineering and design documents using computer-assisted engineering software.
• Ensure all designs adhere to current state and local regulations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Charleston, SC (On-site)
• Ability to accept direction and supervision effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
