What you will do

• Adapt and localize high-performing video ads for global markets including LATAM, EMEA, and SEA.
• Create motion design assets that maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance marketing goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and localization teams to iterate quickly on creative concepts.
• Integrate AI-powered tools for video generation, dubbing, and localization into production pipelines.
• Test new creative formats and editing techniques to improve production speed and output quality.
• Participate in agile workflows across multiple creative squads.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain
• At least 1 year of experience in motion design or video production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, and layout adaptation for different languages.
• Experience using AI tools for creative production and automation.
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing principles and Figma.
