What you will do

• Produce product demos, instructional videos, and campaign assets that simplify complex SaaS workflows.
• Design UI and product animations for web, including micro-interactions and transitions using Figma and Lottie.
• Collaborate on storyboards and visual explorations to flag animation feasibility early in the process.
• Partner with brand, product, and growth teams to ensure consistency across all brand surfaces.
• Build and uphold the company's motion standards and deliverables.
• Experiment with AI-first tools and emerging motion trends to keep the creative output sharp.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in motion design or video production, ideally within the tech or SaaS sector.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, with fluency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Proven experience creating Lottie animations optimized for web performance.
• Strong online portfolio demonstrating motion work across multiple formats.
• Ability to break down complex software products into clear, engaging visual stories.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, Maxon Autograph, or Cavalry.
• Ability to operate camera and mic equipment for capturing interviews at events.
• Knowledge of music and sound design.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social platform trends and formats.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
