What you will do

• Adapt high-impact video creatives for diverse global markets (LATAM, EMEA, SEA) to ensure native appeal
• Collaborate with the Localization Marketing team to iterate on brand-consistent local content
• Integrate AI tools like Runway, Pika, Luma, Midjourney, and Sora into the daily production workflow
• Use localization tools such as ElevenLabs and HeyGen for high-quality dubbing and lip-syncing
• Experiment with new creative technologies and workflows to improve production efficiency

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in motion design or video production, specifically for localized campaigns
• Expertise in After Effects and Premiere Pro with efficient project structuring
• Deep understanding of typography and layout across different languages
• Experience using AI tools for creative production and localization workflows
• Basic knowledge of performance marketing and Figma
• Must be based in Poland, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Serbia, or Europe

Nice to have

• Experience with AI lip-sync and dubbing tools
• Ability to identify emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals
• Data-informed approach to iteration based on creative performance metrics
