Location: Hybrid in Cape Town, South Africa (Minimum 2-3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Own and optimize the Marketplace experience in South Africa to drive user value.
- Lead end-to-end technical integrations for new lending and credit card partners, from scoping to launch.
- Partner with global teams to influence the product roadmap and implement local market optimizations.
- Develop and execute a viable product roadmap aligned with overall business strategy.
- Run data-driven experiments and analyze performance metrics to form proven learnings.
- Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to build impactful go-to-market plans.
Requirements
- Experience growing consumer products, preferably with a focus on marketplace optimization.
- Strong technical background from previous roles in product management, engineering, or analytics.
- Ability to operate as a highly autonomous individual contributor across multiple geographies.
- Highly analytical mindset, comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics.
- Experience leading product marketing efforts and translating capabilities into clear positioning.
- Must be based in South Africa to adhere to the hybrid office schedule.
